Returns & Refunds Policy
Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made products
- Pre-ordered items
- Artwork
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Nail art/products
- Bags and wallets
- Hair accessories/wigs
- Underwear and swimwear
Eligible returns
For eligible items, you can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send an email to tao@ysreborn.com with the subject:
"Return - [Your Order Number]" - Please indicate your order number and reason for return in the email.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Conditions
- You may open the package to inspect the product, but the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and tags must be included.
- All return shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping fees) are borne by the customer.
- Any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
- We will process the refund within 2 working days after receiving the returned goods.
- The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
