- Orders placed outside this window will be processed the next business day.
- No processing on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Order Confirmation & Shipping
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an **order confirmation email.
- Payment will be deducted from your account at this time.
- After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Note: Carriers may take up to 24 hours to update tracking status after receiving the shipment.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified once placed.
- Cancellation is only possible during initial processing.
- Once the order advances in preparation, cancellation is no longer an option.
- If a tracking number is assigned, the easiest way to cancel is to refuse delivery when the courier attempts shipment. This ensures faster return and refund processing.
- For eligible cancellations, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Billing & Invoices
- Billing details cannot be changed after order confirmation.
